Senior Account Manager

As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of our Web-Solution and IT services. Specifically, you will identify new business opportunities with our existing customers and potential clients via the telephone. In this exciting role, where you will be judged on your attitude and great customer service, rather than the number of leads you generate, or business that you close. You’ll be given the support you need to bring you up to speed on our service portfolio and ensure that you succeed in your role. You will have access to excellent technical Pre-Sales support.

Head of Development

You will work alongside the Development Manager and Chief Technology Officer. You will receive a high level of support, but you will be expected to hit the ground running. You will possess great attention to detail, be able to work on your own initiative and be driven to succeed. You will have a robust talent for front and back end web development. Proactively look for efficiencies in the development process. Implement new processes for the management of the company’s infrastructure. Help train and up-skill existing staff. Establish standards and procedures to track and measure project's progression.

2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer

At least three years required of experience in software and hardware troubleshooting on laptops, desktops, servers and networking equipment.
The 2nd line helpdesk engineer is primary a point of escalation for customer IT support tickets raised by the first line engineers. The 2nd line engineers are expected to resolve these tickets unless a product specialist (3rd line) is required. They also act as overflow for call 1st line handling and may assist 3rd line engineers with projects and site visits.

Telesales Manager

Specifically, you will work on new business opportunities within our Out-Bound Sales Operation.
In this exciting role, where you will be given the opportunity to work with a great value proposition to drive significant new business as well as extending existing clients portfolio. You will be given the support you need to bring you up to speed on our service portfolio and ensure that you succeed in your role. You will have access to excellent technical Pre-Sales support.

3rd / 4th Line IT Engineer

You must be a seasoned Subject Matter Expert in Architectural Virtualisation (Design/Creation/Management/Upgrade – full cycle) particularly VMware/vSphere/ESXi. We are not looking for candidates who have limited experience in only ‘administering’ this technology.
